01 What am I actually buying?

An original oil-pastel painting — not a print. Every figure is one of a kind, painted by hand by CRE, and it arrives framed and ready to hang.

02 What size is it, and is it really framed?

Each piece is 11×14 inches and ships framed in your choice of a brown or black frame. The price you see includes the frame — nothing extra to buy.

03 How do I choose my frame color?

Pick brown or black right on the piece’s page before you check out. Your choice travels with your order, so it arrives in the frame you picked.

04 Does it come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Every piece includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) confirming it’s an original CRE work, made once.

05 Where do you ship, and how much is it?

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Canada. Shipping is a flat $7.99, and most orders arrive within 5–7 days depending on your location.

06 What’s your return policy?

60-day returns, no questions asked. If it isn’t right for your space, send it back within 60 days for a refund.

07 Are these available as prints?

Not yet — right now every figure is a one-of-one original. A print store may come later, but for now, what you see is the only one.

08 How often do new pieces drop?

Often. New faces are released regularly in small, defined collections. The best way to catch them first is to follow along on Facebook.
